At the start of this cycle I was 150 lbs today I weigh 145. But not only have I lost 5 lbs but my endurance is through the roof! I can now... run 5 miles without stopping, both bench and deadlift my own body weight!
I used all the products on a daily basis. I took my daily packs in the morning and with every meal. Supergreens and fiber in the am after my breakfast. An MRP for the morning snack and directly after my workout. extra repair at night (bc I need it after lifting heavy 5 times a week).
For workouts I split my body into different days. 1- Back and Bis 2- Hamstrings and shoulders 3- Abs and cardio 5- Chest and Tris 5- Quads and calves. I teach boxing at least twice a day so I get my far share of cardio training my clients and helping them get into better shape!
The the challenge has changed my life by making me more aware to my body and my health. I am eating better (6 times a day actually) and working out consistently since my last fitness competition. I have been training for my next competition for Nov 9th.
I cant wait to be finally in the best shape of my life. I have never had toned legs and for the first time I am actually comfortable wearing shorts out in public without the internal self doubt that sabotages a cute outfit. Thanks to the challenge I feel fit and sexy! Here we go Cycle 5 for my competition ready body!
