Cuando inicie este reto ya habia bajado bastante grasa corporal, me di cuenta de que podia bajar mas, asi es que me puse la meta de hacer ejercicio de manera más constante y la verdad es que me cambio la vida. Practicamente use todos los productos y me los tomaba como vienen en la hoja de uso del producto, lo unico que hize fue usar el MRP antes de ir al GYM; durante mi entrenamiento me tomaba un berryblast y por la noche me tomaba 2 reparadores. En el reto baje 3.5 kgs de Grasa; lo que me hizo bajar de 40.4% a 37.7% de porcentaje de grasa corporal y aumente 1.1 kg de masa muscular. Mi edad metabolica bajo, inicie con 44 años de edad metabolica y termine con 40 años de edad metabolida... Voy por otro 4 años para el proximo reto. en cuanto a medidas la que más me impacto fue bajar 3.2 cm de brazo.
