The feeling is startling; as I look at myself in the mirror this morning, I realize I have come far during these past 8 weeks.
12 months before I was introduced to Yor health I was at 230 lbs. I know I was overweight, so during last summer I workout hard and play longer tennis and lost 15 lbs through sheer hard work. My happiness was quickly overshadowed by disappointment as I realized for the past 5 months I cannot drop my weight below 210...
9 weeks ago, someone told me about yor health. I told myself, you know, this can't hurt and brought a $500 worth of business package. little did I know, these products are going to change my life. When I enter the challenge my weight was at 212 lbs; heavy. During these 8 weeks my routine stays pretty much the same except in the morning I drink a meal replacement shake and a fat burner to start the day. My day (workout) consists of tennis in the morning for 2 hrs, then 2 hrs again during practice at night. Throughout the day I would fit weight for about 30 mins and sometimes running. I would take the daily pack (Rising/bedtime, meal 1, and meal 2) to accommodate my lunch and early dinner.
8 weeks later, I look like a completely total stranger when I compare my old picture and now. My weight this morning is at 195 lbs. I have lost 17 lbs in 8 weeks!! let me tell you, besides the fact that I started winning tennis matches because of my fitness, there are no better feeling in the world then when you look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself, "you done it."
