retadores.... mi nombre es Luis Eduardo Bustos Malpica.. estoy dentro
del ciclo numero 13 ...

yo empece este reto con 81 kilos de peso y finalice con 78 kilos...
logre definir las partes de mi cuerpo que lo necesitaban... en especial
la parte del abdomen y piernas..

yo consumí todos los productos de yorhealth.... la manera fue la
siguiente:
- por las mañanas me preparaba mi shake con la MRP, la Fibra y el
Supergreens.
- a medio día me tomaba las vitaminas, dos capsulas.
- antes de cada comida me tomaba la enzima digestiva.
- el berry blast lo consumía después del trabajo y antes de ir al gym..
para tener mas energia y darle mas duro.
- en la noche volvia a tomarme un shake con la MRP.

esta secuencia la segui durante las ocho semanas del reto... y el
ejercicio lo hacia casi constantemente,cinco veces a la semana.

El reto de Yorbestbody me ayudo a llevar mi cuerpo a otro limite, tener
una vida mas sana, preocuparme mas por mi salud y cambiar algunos
habitos alimenticios...
