I really stumbled across the 8 Week Challenge at the perfect time. I am a very busy person working two jobs, while doing full-time uni and also being part of a touring Irish dancing show. I was feeling absolutely exhausted and I knew that I was not eating as well as I should have been, but I was too lethargic to actually make a change. I am really passionate about health and nutrition, but I was just starting to slip through the cracks, when I read about "going green".

In the past when I have had early mornings for uni or work I would wake up feeling so tired and would not want to face the day, despite getting 8 hours sleep a night. Since taking the products I get out of bed as soon as my alarm goes off and I'm ready and excited to take on the day. I feel as though I'm actually living each day to my full potential now and I don't have to drag myself to the next thing on my agenda, I practically skip there because I'm so happy! My mood doesn't go up and down anymore and I am energized throughout the whole day and feel like I can be the best person I possibly can be as a result.

Since I have joined the YOR Health community (it really does feel like a community!) I have learnt so much about nutrition, which is so beneficial for someone as busy as I am. I have had countless people comment on the fact that I look so healthy and am glowing! It makes me so happy to know that other people have noticed the difference in me too. The Digest Ultra is my absolute favourite product. I used to get a really upset stomach at least once a week before taking the products. When this happened I would just have to lay in bed for a few hours because I felt like my stomach was in a giant knot and I couldn't walk. However, since going green I have only had a bad stomach once and that was a day where I forgot to take the products! Yor Health is truly amazing!

I also believe the Super Greens are the reason for my skin clearing up and my nails and hair being stronger. As a vegetarian, I was so excited to find out that these products are entirely vegan and all-natural. I know that I am giving my body what it needs and my results speak for themselves. I have so much more energy that I have joined a gym now, which I never would have been able to motivate myself to go to prior to doing the challenge.

I am so very passionate about Yor Health and the products as they have helped me understand the importance of nutrition and provide my body with the nutrients it needs for me to achieve my health and fitness goals as well as all my daily tasks to my absolute potential.
