mi nombre es Ernesto Guerra y este es mi tercer ciclo, pero el primero en la categoría de definir, mi peso anterior era 88.9 ahora tengo un peso de 87, lo que es casi dos kilos de grasa y aumente de musculo.

En este ciclo tome super green con fibra antes del desayuno y de la cena, vitaminas en la mañana, un digest antes de cada comida y una capsula de probioticos antes de dormir, el primer mes hice ejercicio moderado en mi casa y el segundo mes fui al gimnasio de veces a ala semana.
Creo que la plataforma del reto es excelente para que cualquier persona tenga un gran cambio en su vida, en lo personal me siento muy contento con los resultados que nunca en mi vida he podido tonificar mi cuerpo y ahora gracias al reto esta misión esta siendo mucho mas fácil.
