I Used this 8 week challenge as extra motivation to get into great shape for two big fashion shows in Sydney this year, renown in Australia as the two biggest fashion shows, and knowing I would be on national television, many blogs and live streamed across Australia, and I had only found out I was booked for these shows 5 weeks out, just after I had come back from a very lavishing holiday at a solid 82kgs, it's the least to say I was under a lot of pressure to be in the best shape of my life, and along way from my modeling weight of 72-75kgs, but I was very thankful I now had the products to help me get into great shape so I knew it could be done, but I was not expecting the results that where to come.

Remembering back to how I used to prepare for these shows, is not some of my fondest memories, firstly I would have to start preparation a lot earlier than only 5 weeks out, which was the duration of my before and after photos, pushing my body to the limit every day and only slowly seeing the result, taking too many fat burners, always nervous, and a lot of the time shaking, sleeping was always hard, as I was so acidic I had no energy, and would always be twitching, always being hungry as I was severely undernourished, over training, and eating nutritionally dead food, I would loose my personality because I just felt drained all the time, my body looked great but I felt horrible on the inside, and you could see in my face I was physically and mentally drained and for over 3 years I accepted this was just how it was supposed to be.

This cut using the YOR Health products, felt effortless, sticking to a clean diet was easy, now having a clean digestive system, thanks to the digest ultra, fiber and probiotic, which helped be get more out of the food I was eating and I wasnt as hungry, nor did I have the uncontrollable food cravings and taking 3-4 supergreens a day! being in an alkaline state the leaner I got the better I felt, the faster and strong I became and every day I was bouncing out of bed throwing down a supergreens and berry blast ready to take on the day and train even harder! I owe so much to this company and the products as they have made my job as a professional model so, so much easier, by body now truely feels amazing and getting into great shape isnt such a monumental task. using products that work with your body, to make you healthy, instead of trying to suppress your appetite or force your body to loose weight, just make so much more sense.

To top it all off, at the last show my agent told me afterwards that I was by far in the best shape he has seen me in, and asked me to help some of the other models prepare for the show season in New York come September.
He told me it was the best condition he has ever seen me in, and the best part was he said I looked fresh in the face, and so healthy, and I felt it as well. :)

This challenge truly reminded me just how world class these products are and how you can change your body so effortlessly in such a short time frame, and still feeling full of energy on top of the world, truly nothing else can compare to them.
