My name is Angely Rojas and I am excited that I just finished my 3rd Cycle of the 8 Week Challenge! It's always quite challenging when I am traveling a lot to eat healthy, get your workout in and get enough sleep. But when you are so focused on your goals and being healthy becomes truly a lifestyle, you do whatever it takes to make it happen. I am loving every minute of it! Although my results may not be as significant, I feel amazing and stronger!

I workout at least 5xs a week, eat healthy 90% of the time, 10% of the foods I enjoy and I use the YOR Health products! I use the entire line, but mostly: YOR Shakes 2-3 times a day, YOR digest ultra with every meal, Complete Burn with every work out, and Probiotics Ultra & Repair Ultra before bed. I absolutely love the products and how convenient they are when I am out of town. They help me to stay on track and also to save money and time.

I have been able to maintain my weight of 108lbs and I am still building lean muscles. I will continue to do other challenge cycles for better results and also to continue to inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle. Today, thanks to the challenge and I am looking into fitness modeling, competitions and possibly even health coaching. I thank YOR Health for helping me to get in the best shape if my life!
