Estoy muy contenta de haber logrado mi primero RETO de 8 semanas y ver una mejora en mi cuerpo y bienestar. Cuando decidi retarme a mi misma pesaba 64kg. El día de hoy aun no logro mi meta final pero me siento orgullosa de haber bajado 5kg, llevar una alimetacion mas saludable y hacer del ejercicio un habito constante de Lunes a Viernes. Asi como de tomarme toda la linea de productos en un regimen mas disciplinado. Mi meta es llegar a mi peso ideal de 51kg y empezar a definir. Estoy lista para el siguiente RETO!!!
