For me my weight caught up to me overtime. Working 2 jobs 60 to 70 hours a week caused me to lose sight of where I was at physically. Everyday it was work, eat, sleep. Then after 5-6 years of working long hours and feeling rundown I wanted things to change. People around me had been telling me about my weight for awhile now, but I never wanted to listen. I woke up one day and got on a scale just to see what they were talking about. When I saw that I was 330lbs I couldn't believe it. I knew I needed to do something about it, but mentally I was still in disbelief. I had been using the YOR Health products before this time, but I was never consistent going days and weeks without taking them. Once I finally decided to start being more consistent daily with them the weight started to drop. By the time I joined the challenge I had already lost 25lbs. Then during my 8 weeks I lost another 33lbs. For me the challenge was a competition with myself. Could I be consistent with my health goals daily and improve weekly, because that is something I have lacked for awhile now. So far it's working out for me. I do some sort of cardio 7 days a week (walking, biking, elliptical) and lift weights 3-4 days. On the days that I lift I take: 6 vitamins, 3 complete burns, 2 vanilla MRP's mixed with protein powder and supergreens. On my non lifting days I take only 1 mixed vanilla MRP with the other products. Not only have I been losing the weight, but the results have made me more conscious about getting a balanced nutritional intake. Now I'm able to work and exercise daily without feeling rundown.
