This challenge has kicked my life into gear! I have always been active and I am a fitness coach/motivator here in ATL. I have three children and married for 13 years. I say all this to say, I need all the implements I can get in order for me to feel fully charged.

I have used many products throughout my life but Yor Health has been the best!!! On a daily basis I use my MRP, repair, vitamins and berry blast. In the morning I take my vitamins and after a workout I use my repair...But the fun begins when I prepare my MRP and berry blast.

Since I workout 6 days a week for 90 minutes I am able to reward myself with two MRP's twice a day. I blend my MRP with whatever fruit I have, a berry blast, and 12 ounces of water and then I smile and take it all in.

After I fill up on my MRP I feel like I can bust through walls like the Incredible Hulk. I feel strong and highly capable to take on my day.

I loved this challenge and I feel like a new woman because of it, and I look forward to doing it all again. Even though I reached my goal weight of 145, I am continuing on to be an even more sculpted Diva.

Thanks Yor Health for making me feel like my hero...Wonder Woman. Now excuse me while I go and put WW on my chest!
