I can't believe my 2nd 8 week challenge is coming to an end. In the first 8 weeks I went from 235 to 215 with the help of yorhealth MRP meal replacement shakes and Yor Super greens.I was also training twice a week and doing cardio about 5 times a week. In my 2nd. 8 week challenge I started taking Yor Fiber along with my shakes and super greens.I also tried Yor Complete Burn and the digestive Ultra. Sometimes I forgot to take them,but by that time my body was already converted into a fat burning machine. I had so much energy..for my workouts..and my job...which can be quite hectic. I also added an extra training session a week with my trainer..so 3 sessions weight training..and even more cardio..what I call high intensity cardio..Only 30 to 40 mins. a day..but high levels and or resistance..and some interval training.I never felt burnt out or tired. My diet was always low carb,some protein,and lots of veggies..some fruit. In the 2nd 8 weeks I went down to 205!!!I got into my skinny jeans!!Size 14P!!!What a great day!!!Now I feel the weight coming off slower..but inches melting away. I have much more confidence now and I'm not afraid to ask for what I want.I am stronger than I ever realized I could be. My A1C blood sugar has gone from 9.8 to 6.5 and that is NORMAL!!!My doctor is thrilled with my progress,and so am I. I continue to take yorhealth products on a daily basis..they just work so why stop???Thank you Yorhealth..for making me the best me that I can be!!!Super D!!!!
