Para mi estar en el reto de yor a sido padrisimo, Lograr que mi hermana hiciera ejercicio conmigo y verla tan motivada tambien fue lo maximo.
Siempre me ha gustado hacer ejercicio, me mantenia en forma pero nunca lograba marcarme despues del reto me siento mejor que nunca y comienzo a ver los resultados que siempre soñe!!!
Antes pesaba 58 kilos y aumente en masa muscular 3kilos
