Compañeros del reto.... Me llamo Daniel Martinez Cervantes, estoy terminando mi primer ciclo del reto y estoy muy contento con los resultados. Yo inicie este reto pesando 104 kilos y lo finalice con 98.

Yo utilice todos los productos de yorhealth, y los consumí de la siguiente manera:

- Empezaba mi día, con un shake delicioso de MRP y en algunas ocasiones lo combinaba con supergreens o con fiber plus.

- Siguiendo con el régimen, antes de la comida me tomaba un Digest ultra.

- Mas tarde, después de mis labores diarias, para recobrar la energía me tomaba mi Berry Blast acompañado de una dosis de Essencial Vitamin, para seguir haciendo cardio.

- Después del ejercicio, me tomaba mi Yor Repair para esos dolores musculares.

generalmente el ejercicio trataba de hacerlo de lunes a viernes, en su mayoria cardio para lograr mi meta mas rapido.

Este reto ha cambiado completamente mi actitud, imagen y ganas de querer cumplir mis metas con mas ganas y lograr cambios impresionantes.
