My yor health experience has been absolutely amazing, I started the challenge at 209 pounds, which I was absolutely appalled that I had let myself get to that weight at only 20 years old. One of my good friends is a yor health representative and he was the perfect motivation I needed to get on track and do something positive in the new year!
During the 8 week challenge I used all of the products everyday, I am in love with yor berry blast, it tastes amazing and gives you that great energy boost before a workout, or If you're just having one of those days where you need a 'pick me up'. The last 4 weeks of the challenge I also started going to the gym 4 times a week, I noticed the yor health products have given me so much more energy that I love going to the gym now!
The challenge has now ended and I'm very proud to say that I'm 187 pounds, which is 22 pounds of weight loss and is a great start to my weight loss journey, I couldn't have done it without the yor health products and the constant support I've had from Francis, who's made me feel a part of the yor health team. I'm very eager to keep going and be at my goal weight in the near future!
