YOR Health made a big impact on my transformation and life. I've always grew up on the heavier side and never really thought of my health. Until I was at my heaviest, 218 pounds in my sophomore year in high school, my family physician had me tested for diabetes. I was young; I did not understand how important my health is. Though, I started trying a lot of fad diets, pills, to working out 4 nights a week during college, portioning, and starving too. I consistently did that routinely for 6 years. I saw little to no change in my body and health. I was actively searching for a way to improve my health. I then met great people of YOR Health, who guided me and within 2months, I was able to drop 25pounds and now a total of 43 pounds. After 5months of being able to maintain those dropped weight of 25 pounds, I kept losing inches and went from dress pant size 16 to a size 8. All in 5 months! Today I am glad to say that I am wearing dress pant size 2. I am feeling better than ever! Especially, meeting old friends and family, who has complimented me. I love the entire product line!
