Ahora estoy en los 80 kilos siempre habia querido subir y lo mas que llegue a pesar fueron 76 y solo me crecia la pansa, en cambio ahora estoy subiendo de peso y mi abdomen se esta aplanando. Desde secundaria me ha gustado hacer ejercicio, pero solo por temporadas, con el reto me comprometi mas y hago ejercicio de una a dos horas diariamente, y cuido mi alimentacion, con los productos el mrp me encanta y el berryblast, saben super rico, ahora mi meta es seguir con otro ciclo del reto y terminar de una vez de aplanar el abdomen para que se vean esos cuadritos tan asombrosos que tengo =)
