Sorprendido y emocionado despues de mis primeras 8 semanas del reto, mejore en mi calidad de vida alimentacion, nutricion.
Mi peso al empezar el reto fue de 238 libras y despues de 8 semanas mi peso es de 230 libras y de talla 40 baje a talla 36, solo me faltaron 10 libras para cumplir mi meta al 100%, pero estoy listo para iniciar mi segundo reto de 8 semanas.
utilice toda la linea de productos ya que me fue de mucho impacto en mi salud y beneficio al 100% en mi nutricion siguiendo al pie de la letra lo que decia la tabla.
los ejercicios eran en mis tiempos libre de 30 min.
