Para mi esta modalidad del reto vino a revolucionar por completo mi concepto de competencia, ya que se vuelve una competencia contra ti mismo.
Yo ya consumía productos YOR Health y me han ayudado mucho a controlar mi peso que iba como globo para arriba y para arriba.
Pero a raíz del reto y a cuidar mas lo que como y también añadiendole ejercicio he notado mayores cambios, tal es el caso de este reto, donde perdí 5 kg.
Esto yo lo veo como un gran logro, puesto que debido a una dieta mal llevada en el 2008 mi capacidad de absorción se daño y batallo muchísimo para bajar de peso desde entonces, sin embargo ahora se que se puede, estos son mis primeros 5kg y voy por mas.
