My starting weight was around 54kg. My aim was to tone up and to build muscle. I have lost a few kg and feel amazing. My current weight it 49-50kg.
I used, Yor super greens, yor berry blast, fibre plus, digestive ultra and probiotic plus.
I did weights every morning 6 days a week and cardio every afternoon 6 days a week.
This challenge has been the best thing I have ever done.
I have never felt so fit and healthy and I have so much more energy. I love nothing more than to hit the gym and to eat healthy natural food.
My entire out look on food and what supplements are required for a healthy body. I use to think it was all about exercise but now I know and see that its also about what you put in your body and the fuel you feed it.
