Estar en este Reto me ha servido para desarrollar una conciencia mayor en la importancia de la nutrición, mis niveles estan empezando a entrar en balance, azucar, trigliceridos, colesterol, esto en realidad es el beneficio mayor que he logrado. Han sido apenas % libras en peso, sin embargo el reto esta en convertirlo en masa magra, son los primeros dos meses y de no tener cultura de ejercicio ahora empieza a desarrolarse el gusto por el deporte. El consumir los 8 productos ha hecho que mi rendimiento a nivel general se potencialisara, mejores resultados en lo laboral, en lo social, incluso en Yor. Los productos me los tomo tal cual vienen en la recomendación.

El ejercicio empece a realizarlo dos semanas despues de inscribirme al reto, y por cuestiones de tiempo fue solo por dos semanas que se realizo en forma constante, ahora realizo una hora de bicicleta cada tres dias, y un poco de trabajo con mancuernas, esto en casa.
