hello,
pour ce challenge j'ai voulu garder la forme et perdre un peu de masse adipeuse autour du ventre.

je prends un Mrp , supergreen , fiber plus, berry blast tout les matins en me levant.
puis quelques fois dans la matinée je prends un berry blast
des vitamines le matin et le soir.
digest avec le déjeuner et pour le diner et le souper quand j'y pense
omega 3 durant la journée

super green et berry blast avant le sport.

j'ai fais 1-2 fois par semaine de la course à pied
du kayak 1-2 fois par semaine
vtt 1 fois toutes les 2 semaines

je fais attention à faire du sport plusieurs fois par semaine.
j'essaie de ne plus boire de soda.

au final je n'ai pas pris beaucoup de masse musculaire comme je l'aurais souhaité. mais j'ai perdu un peu de masse adipeuse autour du ventre.
