I didn't get to the weight that I wanted, but I did trim dont some inches around my body. Well, I use all of the products to help me during my 8week best body challenge. I use the products every single day when I first started until I got busy and distracted so I started using the products every other way. That is why I didnt get to the weight that I wanted to be at. I exercised every single day then started exercising every other day doing cardio. The impact that I had was being more active in life. Having to set a goal for myself to achieve what I want in life and it will happen if you put your heart into it. Working hard is the way to be. I never really like running or workout but having a team/group to help push me to continue doing my workouts and always being there for me. Even though I didnt get the result that I want this challenge I am going to continue entering the challenge until I make it, until I get down to the weight that I want and staying at the weight.
