My before weight was 136 lbs and my after weight is 130lbs. I feel as though I didn't lose as much weight as I should because I started to left weights and gain more muscle than loose my excesses weight. The products that I used to help me was the YOR MRP, the super greens to help me cleanse and my favorite the complete burn and berry blast to give me energy and to help me sweat more at the gym. I tried to take the products every day to help me be consistent. I exercised a lot during my 8 week challenge. I went to the gym almost every day and sometimes even twice a day. This challenge has made such an impact on my life. It has helped me see the importance in proper nutrition and being healthy.
