Mi peso inicial fue de 106 kg. mi obesidad fue algo muy severo que me estaba ya afectando con mi calidad de vida ya no podía jugar con mi hijo o al cambiarme batallaba.
Ahora mi peso actual son 94 kg una gran diferencia de 12 kg me siento excelente hago ejercicio de lunes a viernes una hora realizo zumba y eso también me ayudado.
Los productos que estoy tomando por que aun no llego a mi meta que son 80 kg es la malteada YOR MRP de vainilla este lo tomo todas la mananas 2 cucharadas en 1/4 litro de agua lo preparo como tipo frappe y muy rico después me tomo 1 cucharada de YOR FIBER PLUS que me ayuda mucho con mi digestión que se ha regularizado.
