Mi peso antes de empezar con este 2o. reto era de 52.500
llegué al peso deseado de 50 kilos, tomé todos los prodctos, pero la malteada la tomaba tres veces al dia, en la mañana antes del Gym, 2a. malteada, regresando del gym. Estas adicionadas con avena, almendras y nuez.
La tercer malteada en la noche.
El. ejercicio lo efectuaba diariamente de lunes a viernes una hora y media. Verdaderamente he sentido un cambio físico, emocional y de actitud.
