The beginning of this challenged I weighed in at 137 and now weigh 134. Not surprise since I've burned fat and packed on more muscles. I'm still the same size but just lost 3 pounds.

This is my third challenge and being consistent is probably the toughest part. My lifestyle is always on the go. There are a million things to do with very little time. It's very hard to remember to take my products or have time to cook a healthy meal. I've always been consistent with the first two challenges and I was happy with the results. I felt great the whole time.

What I learned about my body with this challenge was how big of a difference it was for me when I didn't take my products and eat healthy. It really showed me how important it is to have the proper nutrition to function. Energy and digestion has always been an issue for me.

As far as my physical goes I've gotten more defined muscles which I'm very happy about. I have 8-pack abs showing now and also the hardest part for me to keep. It goes away quickly if I'm not working out, eating clean, and taking my products to help with digestion.

Overall the challenge went great! Lessons learned and looking forward to the next one!
