Before starting this challenge, I had already lost 46lbs with the Yorhealth products. Upon entering the best body I was 230lbs and was able to lose another 11lbs with every morning walks for about 20min. I am now 219lbs and still striving for my goal of 175lbs. My favorite products out of the whole line is the chocolate MRP and the complete burn. I take it mostly after exercising and take all other products the same according to the Yorhealth regimen. This challenge has been able to push me in succeeding small goals to total it all all in one big goal! I am happy for coming so far and continuing to keep going! I'm excited to see my new self by summertime with the Yorhealth Products!
