quiero volver a estar bien saludablemente, bajar estos kilos que tengo de mas, por que me siento cada dia que paso con el reto mil veces mejor estoy por lograr mi meta que desde hace mucho tiempo no pesaba y se que lo lograre, voy con todo para poder estar mejor.
Tomé malteada por los mañanas antes de ir al gym y algunas veces por la noche.
El ejercicio lo hago de lunes a viernes una hora y media en el gym.
Me sorprendí cuando de repente puede hacer cosas que no hacia antes del reto, como levantarme desde el piso sin necesidad de ayuda, ahora lo puedo hacer, me canso menos,
