Este es mi cuarto reto y estoy muy contenta porque ya encontre un estilo de vida saludable, ya aprendi a cuidar mi cuerpo y el de mi familia, no es nada complicado, comemos rico, consumo todos los productos de yor health que me ayudan a tener mi cuerpo en balance y tener una buena salud digestiva, asi como me apoyan a estar nutrida con muy pocas calorias. Este reto ha tenido mucho impacto en mi vida, ya que vino a hacerme mas conciente de lo importante que es cuidar mi salud y la de las personas que quiero, al iniciar mi primer reto pesaba 56 kg y media 76 cms de cintura y aun asi yo siempre crei que era delgada, en este momento peso 49 kg y mido 62 cms de cintura, es impresionante como ha cambiado mi cuerpo, mi cuerpo lo siento limpio, he perdido mucha grasa y me siento como nunca me habia sentido, sexy pero lo mas importante saludable.
