This is the first 8 week challenge cycle that I have completed start to finish! I am marrying the love of my life in October, and we both committed to the challenge together! Initially, I had amazing weight loss success taking the Yor Health products, losing 30 lbs! However, since I wasn't exercising, I wasn't as strong as I wanted to be, so I set a goal to gain some more muscle.

I'm getting married in 6 weeks, on the beach, in Zihuatanejo, Mexico. As a wedding gift to my fiancé, I told her that I'd have a 6 pack and a bit more muscle for our wedding.

During this 8 week challenge, I stocked up on daily packs so I had the convenience of the YOR Essential Vitamins, digest ultra enzymes, ultra probiotics, and Yor Repair. I signed up for my first gym membership ever, and began doing strength exercises 3-5 days a week. The best part: barely any cardio!!! (I'm not a fan of running). I've been taking three YOR shakes a day, supplementing my other 3-5 small meals, to ensure I'm getting lots of protein to build muscle. I'm also taking YOR super greens with YOR Fiber Plus twice a day to get in lots of antioxidants to combat all the free radicals from working out. Lastly, I take a complete burn before each workout to help me maximize my time at the gym.

We have 6 weeks to go until our wedding, and I am so happy with my results during this last cycle! I am entering another challenge today and I know that I can reach my goal of a 6 pack in 6 weeks!!
