I've been struggling with weight issues all my life. I have tried so many fad diets out there and none have given me the results that I got with yor health products. I had my first child at the age of 24 and had no problem dropping the weight after the pregnancy but after my second pregnancy I gained 61 pounds and have been struggling to loose the baby fat that I had put on in those 9 months( it has been more than 2 1/2 years that I have been trying to lose the weight.) So I started the 8 week challenge weighing 200 pounds and 8 weeks later I weighed in at 190 pounds so a total of ten pounds for me(yay!!!).. So I did and my routine would consist of my yor mrp vanilla shake for breakfast with a fat burner pill, 3 hours later I would have a snack with my vitamin, then I would have my lunch with a digestive enzymes pill, a few hours later I would have another snack with another fat burner, then I would have my yor mrp vanilla shake for dinner with another digestive enzymes pill, a few hours later I would have my last snack which was my supergreens juice (very delish!!). I would exercise about an hour to an hour and 30 minutes 4-5 times out of the week.
I now feel stronger and more agile... I have more movement now before I felt very stiff with my movements.. I have more stamina and energy which was really needed since I have 2 kids under the age of 5. Before I would come home from work and go straight to the couch and lay down.... now it's like if I even try not to exercise my body feels guilty and I just end up exercising. I feel great, energized, and pumped for the next challenge....I'm ready for cycle #2!!!!!
