Antes que nada quiero expresar mi gratitud a las personas que hicieron posible esto y me mostraron YOR.
Fue una buena experiencia y espero repetirla muy pronto me sea posible.

Me siento muy contento con los resultados debido porque debido a la carga laboral que tenía, no me era posible comer saludablemente o hacer ejercicio adecuadamente, simplemente regresaba a mi casa a descansar y comer lo que me encontrara en mi camino para dormir y regresar al dia siguiente al trabajo.
Asi que aunque no podia realizar muchas cosas, YOR ayudo a cuidarme en la parte fisica y el equipo YOR en la parte emocional y dando apoyo emocionalmente.
El reto me enseño que cuando decides algo y estas dispuesto a cumplirlo, si tienes las ganas es posible realizarlo ya que la vida misma es un reto que uno tiene que superar!!.
