termino hoy mi segundo ciclo en el reto y cada día me siento más llena de energía y emoción ,experimento cosas nuevas cada día.
Realmente confirmo a cada rato la importancia que tiene la buena nutrición en nuestras vidas .
Hoy decido continuar con este nuevo estilo de vida que me ha aportado salud,alegría.ganas de vivir y ayudar a más personas que lo necesitan,el servir es una de las coasa que más satisfacción nos dá en la vida.
Mi cuerpo está más tonificado y mi piel más bella y joven.
En mi dieta incluí las vitaminas con cada comida del día,de mediamañana consumo la malteada con el supergreen ,al almuerzo el digest para una buena absorción de los nutrientes,de comida o cena la reemplazo con una exquisita malteada con frutas.
Esta dieta la acompañé con una rutina de ejercicios 5 veces a la semana lo que me ha dado un alto estado físico,pues ya puedo correr por hasta 40 minutos continuos y esto es excelente para mí.
