Working out has never been my favorite thing to do. I felt that it was too overwhelming and I never knew where to start or what to do. It was uncomfortable approaching others in the gym because it was not an environment I was used to connecting with people in and was simply afraid to ask for help because I was scared.

Using the products helped me to start the first step of the process and get the right nutrition. That in itself started to show some results because my body was just not used to it because of my hectic schedule. Working full time with hours never being definite took a big toll on me with stress and especially what I could eat. Many times I could not even find nutritious food even if I wanted to.

When YOR Health launched the 8-week challenge, it was the perfect timing for me to get more serious about staying active and working out. I joined the challenge and started working out at home and following routines and advice from friends that have significantly more knowledge in fitness training than I have. I worked out 2 times a week for about 20 minutes and really made sure I maximized my output in that time frame.

Within the first 2 weeks I started seeing some results by slimming down a bit and working off the fat. Over the next couple of weeks I could start seeing more muscle definition and that has helped motivate me to keep going now. I knew that having the right nutrition was key and now that I have created a great workout routine to follow I am sure the next challenge goals and results will be much better.
