Participating in This challenge has helped me out so much, especially just by having the support of people around me. When I started the challenge in January I definitely felt more heavy. Now I feel lighter and stronger. The products i used most was the digest ultra and probiotics ultra. The digest I would take it with mainly my biggest meals. Twice a day. The probiotics I took one morning and night. The products helped me extremely in my digestion. I only exercised onced or twice a week. The biggest impact that the challenge had on me is that now I am happier with even dropping 4 pounds. It is a start to getting my body to where I want it to be.
