When I started the challenge 8 weeks ago, I carried 76 kg of weight. At that time I was not very conscious about my nutrition so I started changing my eating behaviour and complemented my nutrition with YOR Health products. Every morning except on Sundays, I drank an MRP shake and took YOR Repair and Probiotics.
Nearly every day for lunch, I took Ultra Digest and Complete Burn.
From the beginning of the challenge onwards, I worked out between 4-5 times a week with mainly fatburning / interval cycling or running. I also combined These sessions with functional Training (Freestyle, TRX, gravity). Two weeks ago, I realized that my fatburning progress has been slown down by the fact that I ate carbohydrates (bread, Pasta) before a Long exercise session. The Body would hence burn the carbohydrates first before touching the fat. I am now only eating a banana before my Training sessions to boost the fat burning process.
After Training sessions, I tried not to eat any more carbohydrates, so I usually had just an MRP shake or a salad with Beef or chicken stripes.

After 8 Long weeks, I feel much more in shape and lost 3,5 kg. My Initial Goal was to go down to 71 by the time of my wedding on October 19th (-5 kg) so this motivates me even more to continue with my strict exercise and nutrition plan. The YOR products defintely helped and I will continue to complement my nutrition with YOR Health products.
