Hola, mi nombre es Miguel y este es mi primer reto.
Al inicio del reto pesaba 66.3Kg y aunque mi meta principal era tonificar mi cuerpo tambien termine pesando 64 kg con lo cual alcance mi peso ideal.
Aunque aun no he tonificado mi cuerpo al grado deseado, me siento muy bien ya que no solo he mejoraro en ello, sino tambien mi digestion ha cambiado para bien. Ademas de que he estado conviviendo con mi esposa en algo que habiamos estado queriendo hacer mas de manera constante, que es hacer ejercicio para el bienestar de nuestra salud.
Una de las cosas en las que he estado muy contento es que a pesar de no haber hecho mi maximo esfuerzo (en la alimentacion y ejercicio) he visto resultados alentadores que solo dejan en mi mas deseos de iniciar un segundo reto pero ahora si esforzandome mas para lograr mis metas.
Yo consumia todos los productos del best body y realizaba un poco de ejercicio cardiovascular (bicicleta y natacion) y ejercicios con pesas. En cuanto al ejercicio no lo realizaba con tanta regularidad, habitialmente era cada tercer dia (a veces menos), esto dependia de mis horarios de actividades diarias que son un poco demandantes y ocasionalmente cambiantes. Ahora a continuar con el segundo reto con mejor disciplina para ver mejores resultados.
