I have always struggled with my weight since a little girl. After trying many diets and lots of money on weight loss programs, I just gave up. I considered surgery, the band and plain exercise programs but even that did not promise any permanent solutions for me.
Until a few months ago, my friend introduced me to YOR health. She had been overweight as me and after seeing the results on her, I definitely had to try it.
I bought the slim package to start and to my surprise, I lost 10 lbs the first two weeks. I went on vacation and really became a challenge to keep up with the program but did the best I could. The walking I did during those two weeks allowed me to retain my weight. Drinking lots of water helped a lot also to keep me hydrated. Whenever possible I had a shake but this was not consistent.
I came home running out of products (with the exception of the shakes) but knowing that my new order was waiting for me. I was ready to get back in track 100% but unfortunately, my products were stolen and I was without products for the next two weeks. After generously YOR Health replaced my order, I was able to go back and lose a little more before the end of this challenge.
I love the results I see in me already. My belly is going down and the double chin is getting smaller. I love the feeling to be able to fasten my belt and see it shrinking.
I have friends that are looking at me and giving me compliments but also asking what Am I doing because they want to lose the extra weight. I have my husband's support and that makes a big difference. I am looking forward to the next challenge.!
