inicie el Reto con 83kgs y logre conservar mi peso y stoy mas que convencido de que tenemos los mejores productos para este ciclo no tuve o mejor dicho no me di el tiempo para seguir con mi rutina de gimnasio eso si, religiosamente tome mis productos, que paquete utilice pues el yor best body (hay otro jajaja) 2 reparadores y una capsula de probioticos al despertar, para desayunar mi MRP y en la comida digestivo con 2 vitaminas, durante el dia llego a tomar hasta 3 complete burn para compensar el que no tuve la actividad fisica que quise, junto con mi esposa descubrimos muchas formas de como preparar el MRP y eso hizo mas delicioso el momento de tomarla ya sea en el desayuno o cena. Me encantan todos los productos y normalmente mezclo MRP con la fibra y el super greens, el super greens sabe genial si lo preparas con Te!!!
