So I have had an amazing transformation over the 8 weeks that I didn’t expect or plan, but better than I could have planned or expected. I had planned to do four weeks of intense body building, then four weeks to get nice a cut. Yet it didn’t quite work out that way, I got around two weeks in when my muscles were over worked and I was getting muscle spasms and hard pains in my back. I found the increase in energy and performance from YOR Health products gave me the ability to push myself like never before, thus I somehow overtrained. I was using all YOR Health had to offer, and using them daily. The reason I had such a good transformation is because I went into a faze of TLC for my body including stretching, cardio, massage and pressure points on my body. I significantly increased my flexibility, endurance and eventually a mix in exercise I have always been looking for. I now realize that I need a balance in exercise including stretching to achieve the fitness levels I need.
Further to this I was injured from my career in AFL football, but after increasing flexability and working the knots etc out of my body I have retured to football, and performing at levels I have never achieved before. I am very much looking forward to my future in football now, which was looking grim at the start of the eight weeks.
This eight week challenge and YOR Health’s products really have changed my life, my understanding about nutrition and what a massive difference it makes to alkalinise my body.
