well where to start!
the past 8 weeks have been a roller coaster, after never doing anything like this it came as a big wake up call!
over the past 8 weeks i can proudly say that i set out to do something and i finally stuck to it! instead of quiting half way. The past 8 weeks have not only got my health and training on track but shaped me to be the person that i was put on this earth to be, a fighter!, a winner, someone that doesnt give up when the road gets tough, and a real people person.
