Toda mi vida me ha gustado hacer ejercicio como hobby y siempre con la meta de marcar (definir) mi cuerpo o como otros dicen rayar el cuerpo pero eso nunca lo lograba ya que por la carrera y trabajo solo había ciclos de 3-4 meses que me aplicaba y después lo dejaba de hacer al igual con la dieta aunque siempre me ha gustado comer sanamente (pollo, verduras, pescado, etc.) y este año aunque comencé tarde, el 1° de marzo, me puse la meta de que todo el año (terminar el 30 de abril del 2014) me iba a aplicar con mis rutinas y comiendo bien para lograr al menos una vez en mi vida lo que siempre eh querido, definir mi cuerpo, en estos meses (actualmente es 15 de julio) si eh notado cambios con lo que hago pero en eso una amiga mi invito a participar en "El Reto" no soy muy dado a tomar productos y menos a meterme a competir, me gusta hacer mi ejercicio/rutina solo y dedicado, pero me di la oportunidad de ir a una fiesta del reto y vi testimonios (fotos y platica) vi los productos y me intereso y hoy me siento con todas las ganas para lograr mi meta y si es posible antes del tiempo establecido
