Just finished my 2nd cycle on the 8-Week Challenge building on the successes of my first challenge. I lost 32 pounds on my second cycle to bring the total to 94 pounds lost and am ready to join the 100 pound club very soon.
My family has been a huge support. My wife and I have done the challenge together and we've been supporting each other to reach our goals.
The program has given me the platform to change my life for the better. I still have MRPS to replace breakfast and lunch and eat a sensible dinner. I also utilize all the supplements from the Slim Set. The program is just as convenient as when I first started and I continue to experience high levels of success using the products.
Emotionally, the self doubt and despair is gone replaced by a positive outlook. I know that I have all the keys to reach my goals - motivation, support and the amazing Yor Health products. My main goal is to continue to lose weight and become the healthiest person I can be. In that manner, I will no longer have the fear of not being able to provide for my family's needs and I can be that better husband and father that I was meant to be and to LIVE life to its fullest. Merely existing is not a way to go through life.
Physically, each month that goes by removes another restriction that my weight had represented. My walking is better, my breathing is better and the flare ups of my chronically bad back are less debilitating. In recent weeks, I have gone bowling with my family which I couldn't have dreamed off even one month ago. Also, on a recent flight, I had to change terminals I carried a 50 pound bag nearly a mile.
My long term goal is to join the 200 pound club and continue to inspire others to find the courage to start...one goal at a time. "Whatever your mind can conceive, you can achieve".
