I'm so happy to have completed my 3rd 8 week challenge! This would have been my 4th but forgetting to submit the after photos on time for my 1st one is MY fault, and is a symbol of not taking action. This is something I've turned around in my life and now especially with diet and exercise - very consistent no matter how good or bad I feel, which of course is a big part of using the YOR Health products!

This challenge has really opened my eyes to what it takes to be a champion, not to others but in your own life. What it takes to never give up and to just keep battling even when the odds are stacked against you.

With this challenge I continued my group exercise on Saturday mornings at the 1000 Steps, and my gym 3 times a week. I added a bit of boxing, but can still do a lot more.

I'm looking forward to more and really taking my body into a shape I have never ever seen it in my life. Also a big part of the success comes from the community and like minded people we have around us, supporting each other to exercise and be healthy. Ultimately though, it is thanks to the convenience and effectiveness of the YOR Health products that we can keep going!
