Hola soy Hedy Torres y quiero ser honesta por decirles que no creia en el reto ha. Pero conforme fueron pasando los dias, me fui enamorando de los productos Yor y de el reto. Antes pesaba 128 libras y cuando empese a usar Yor MRP con la fibra me senti mucho mejor. Aparte que cuando hacia ejercicio tomaba mi berry blast y super greens para obtener energia y los vegetales y frutas que necesitaba mi cuerpo y que no podia comer por falta de tiempo. Los probiotics y el digest ultra me aportaron los lactobacilos y las encimas que mi intestino decesitaba para sacar 2 kilos y medio de lo viejo que tenia. El reparador me lo tomaba en la noche para que mis fibras musculares rotas por el ejercicio se sanaran mas pronto. La verdad que antes tenia que cuidar demaciado lo que comia y me costaba trabajo manterme en mi peso ideal. Siempre he hecho ejercicio y me apaciona levantar pesas. Ahora con el reto he encontrado un estilo de vida mas facil, saludable y financieramente estable.
