mi peso al comenzar el reto era de 78 kilos sin embargo tenia un porcentaje de grasa corporal de un 13% y ahora al pasar estos 2 meses ese nivel de grasa corporal llego a un 10% y aumente dos kilos de musculo, gracias a Yor y su grandiosa maleteada la tarea de tener un mejor cuerpo y una vida mas saludable fue mucho mas fácil y rápido de lo que yo esperaba.

Todos los días después de llegar de mi entrenamiento con ejercicios calistecnicos me tomaba mi malteada de Yor de chocolate con agua yo iba a un parque cerca de mi casa a ejercitarme de lunes a viernes como a las 6:30 y los domingos me iba a escalar cerros o a trotar o alguna carrera. Las primeras 5 semanas me aplique a aumentar mi masa muscular y las ultimas 3 semanas hice énfasis a reducir mi grasa corporal.
