Well growing up I was considered underweight, it wasn't because I didn't eat enough it was just because I have a pretty fast metabolism. Gaining weight and actually keeping the weight on for me was always the hardest, especially since every time there was good in front of me I would eat it and then some. Getting introduced to the 8 week challenge I fell in love with the Mrp and the digestive line. To gain the weight I had to increase my daily calorie intake but that wasn't hard at all because I would drink a Mrp mixed with peanut butter after my meal. I would take the daily pack as well before I ate my heavier meals such as lunch and dinner so the calories could be fully absorbed instead of my metabolism taking it away. I would wake up and work out at home jus doing simple push up drills and sit ups etc since I'm not a member at a gym but that helped me keep me focused on the goal at hand. I'm usually constantly eating small snacks like almonds or granola bars just so I can increase my calorie intake. Taking the products as well as working out has really giving me an extra boost of energy , I feel like I have an added level of confidence in everything I do and I'm not the underweight anymore which feels awesome to say. I really appreciate the products and what it's done for me and I plan on staying on them for a very long time!
