On August 12, 2012 I decided to enter The 8 Challenge because I want to with keep my weight down and being consistent with going to the gym and sticking to my Yorhealth product and regimen. So I kept going to the gym and tried to keep on eating healthy. I had a little challenge towards the middle of my challenge. I wasn't on my regimen. I notice being without my products for almost a month put a toll on me physically. My weight was spiral and my digestive problems was coming back to the way it was before I started using Yorhealth products that's when I was using the bathroom once every week and drinking 2 bottles of liquid laxative every three month. So once I felt like that I ordered more products because I know that my body needs perfect nutrient. The products I ordered was to help me with my digestive system. This is supergreen, fiber, probiatic, digest ultra and to keep my weight down I ordered YorMRP and Complete Burn. I got my products two weeks ago and I've been consistent with using my products because I know that my body needs perfect nutrients to keep me going.I also work two jobs which I don't have as much time to go to the gym. But I do a lot of walk a lot and still doing my best on eating healthier.
I noticed thru the 8 Week Challenge that I had to keep a positive attitude and believe that I can accomplish anything that I put my mind to it. I feel that I had to fight against my worst enemies. My fears, doubt and negative self talks and negative thoughts. And finally I finished my 8 Week Challenge although its was slow progress but I know that I accomplish much more. Feel wonderful knowing I finished a goal. I didn't give up on myself even when my weight was spiral and i commiting to stay fit. I can't wait to enter my next 8 week challenge.
