In this cycle of my challenge I didn't commit myself as I knew I had the potential to do so. I gained a pound which wasn't what I was looking to do at all. I did learn from this cycle that one day of not working out or cheating on your daily habits it catches up, one day becomes 2 days. I am committed to be my best self regardless of the result I may have not received or received at the end I still feel great with my body. taking the whole product line daily especially the super greens I feel the energy that I never had before taking the YOR product line. I will continue to strive to get the body I want at my age look better than I was in high school!! At first I thought it was difficult unreachable, impossible but seeing where I am now I know its at arms reach. I have my son, Julian, telling everyone that I have abs because of the 8 week challenge, if that isn't motivation, heck I don't know what is, he he he he!!
